Software that keeps business moving.
We build the systems behind everyday operations, from weekly trucking settlements to automated workflows, so your team stops fighting spreadsheets and gets back to running the business.
- Trucking payroll
- Automation
- Web applications
- AI and integrations
Four routes to fewer manual hours.
Purpose-built tools without enterprise overhead. Pick a route to see what it usually includes.
-
Replace the Excel settlement process with a web app that imports your reports, applies each driver's pay rules and produces a statement you can approve and send.
- Trip, fuel, toll and mileage imports
- Per-driver pay rules
- Dispatcher commissions
- Telegram adjustments
- PDF statements
-
We map the steps your team repeats every week, then automate the parts a machine should do and leave clear review points for the parts a person should.
- Spreadsheet imports and cleanup
- Scheduled reports
- Email and document flows
- Approval steps
-
Internal tools and client-facing portals with sign-in, roles, history and the reports you actually look at, deployed to the environment we agree on.
- Role-based access
- Dashboards
- Admin panels
- REST APIs
-
AI where it saves real time, like reading rate confirmations or answering questions from your own documents, connected to the tools you already use.
- Document extraction
- Chatbots for Telegram and web
- Search over company documents
- Third-party APIs
From every load to every paycheck.
Most carriers still settle drivers in Excel. We build web applications that import the week's reports, apply each person's pay rules and turn the result into statements someone can check and approve.
- Import trips, fuel, tolls and mileage in your agreed file formats
- Manage drivers, dispatchers, trucks and their individual pay rules
- Weekly driver settlements and dispatcher commissions
- Fuel, tolls, advances, trailer charges and other agreed deductions
- A Telegram bot so authorized staff can submit adjustments
- Review, correct and approve, then download PDFs with full history
Try it with your numbers
Change any value and the statement updates.
Send an adjustment and watch it land on the statement.
This is an illustrative calculator, not a payroll product. Driver pay is shown as rate × gross minus deductions, plus or minus adjustments; dispatcher commission as a share of gross. In a real project, every rule is specified from your completed settlements and validated against them.
Four stops, no surprises.
You see the rules, the scope and the progress at every step, and we agree what "done" means before any code is written.
Understand the workflow
We review your current process, sample reports, completed settlements and business rules, and find the biggest pain points.
Agree the scope
Features, file formats, integrations, milestones and acceptance criteria, written down with a fixed-price quote.
Build and validate
We build in visible milestones, test the edge cases and check every output against your reference records.
Launch and hand over
Deployment to the agreed environment, plus access, documentation and a walkthrough for your team.
Good software doesn't add another layer of work. It removes the friction between people, information and decisions.
Start with one workflow. Grow when it pays off.
Not every problem needs an enterprise budget. Automate one well-defined process first, then add modules once the value is clear.
$900 is the starting price for small, clearly scoped development or automation work. A complete trucking payroll platform or a multi-module system is quoted separately after we review your requirements.

Before we get started.
Clear expectations make better software projects.
Does $900 cover a full trucking payroll platform?
No. $900 is the starting price for smaller, well-defined projects. A complete system with imports, custom calculations, approvals, a Telegram bot and PDF settlements is priced after we review your sample reports and rules.
Can you work with our existing Excel files?
Yes. Importing agreed Excel or CSV layouts can be part of the project. We review sample files first and identify validation, mapping and exception handling before committing to a fixed scope.
Do we own the software when it's delivered?
Source code, deployment access and intellectual property are set out in the project agreement. Proposals can include source-code delivery, administrator access and handover documentation.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the number of modules, data sources, integrations and approval steps. You get a proposed schedule with milestones after requirements discovery, rather than a one-size-fits-all promise.
Is Lucid Clay only for trucking companies?
No. Logistics is our featured specialization, and we also build custom web applications, AI features, integrations and automations for other B2B teams.
